The driver of this car must have had too much wine at the festival--she kept driving onto the shoulder and weaving back and forth.
And the driver of this car should be careful about running red lights, especially when other cars are coming through the intersection. Mr. Y got a ticket at the same intersection last year for failing to stop completely before making that right turn, and there weren't even any other cars on the road at the time! Perhaps this driver just doesn't realize the damage that can be done to a little fiberglass sportscar upon impact, and hopefully he'll learn to drive properly before he finds out!
